This Cask Strength Bourbon is a tribute to "Meemaw" Freeland, the beloved namesake of Freeland Spirits, who inspired founder Jill Kuehler that women can do and be any damn thing they want. Bottled at 112 proof, this cask strength bourbon allows the spice from the high rye in our mash bill to truly shine and blends a touch of the Pacific Northwest terroir with a final rest in Oregon Pinot Noir barrels.
