Such a great and unique flavor
Light, fresh, ethereaI. It's nice on the rocks but excels in light cocktails. It's a perfect partner in my creation the Japanese Garden, 2 oz Japanese Whiskey, 1/2 oz Cherry Blossom Liqueur, and 1/2 oz St Germain.
I almost missed it this year and my summer cocktails would've been the sadder for it.
Hi,
Freeland’s cherry blossom liquor was a huge hit when my family gathered for a picnic on our deck for Mother’s Day! We are going to be very sad when the season passes however we will look forward to Cherry blossom season next year!!!
This gin is sooo smooth and yummy. I initially tried the gin straight and it went down very smooth with very little burn. The gin also has a very nice and clean floral accent that hits your senses letting you smell and taste the blossoms, as if you’re standing in a garden. I then tried it with a prickly pear cactus mix and it accented those floral elements quite nicely. I will be looking forward to this gin every year now and probably should’ve bought more.
