1 oz Freeland Forest Gin
1 ½ oz Midori
½ oz lemon juice
½ oz lime juice
½ oz simple syrup
2-3 dashes winter melon bitters
Top with soda water
*Add all ingredients (except soda water) to a shaker tin. Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds. Double strain into a Collins glass. Add ice and top with soda water.
